1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from milletsnjoy.com, operated by Vel Nutri Foods Private Limited (brand: Millets N Joy), Door No 34/2, Netucheliyan Street, Telugupalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641039, GSTIN 33AAMCV0805B1ZT, FSSAI Registration No. 22426563000140. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping and Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older, or shop under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Please give accurate name, phone and address details so we can deliver.
3. Products
We make millet-based foods such as snacks, chikki, health mixes, malt drinks, rice mixes, pasta, noodles and muesli. Ingredients, net weight, nutrition information, allergen information, best-before date and storage instructions are shown on each product page and printed on the pack. If the website and the pack differ, the pack label is the final reference. Product photos are for illustration; colour and texture may vary slightly because these are natural ingredients made in small batches.
4. Health and nutrition information
Information on this website is for general awareness and is not medical advice. Our products are foods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have diabetes, food allergies, are pregnant or have any medical condition, please consult your doctor or dietitian before changing your diet. Allergen information: our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes milk and nuts, so any product may contain traces of milk or nuts. Please check the ingredient list before buying if you have a food allergy.
5. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping charges are extra and shown separately in the cart before you pay. Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you and either honour the correct price with your agreement or cancel the order with a full refund.
6. Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We accept prepaid orders only, through Razorpay (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on delivery is not available. If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days; contact us if it is not. We may decline or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, stock shortage, or an address we cannot deliver to, with a full refund.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched, by WhatsApp (+91 80721 01964) or email (info@milletsnjoy.com). Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders go to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. We do not charge any cancellation fee.
8. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across India. Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed and are usually delivered within 3 days of dispatch; remote areas may take longer. We do not offer express delivery. Shipping is charged on the total weight of your order, rounded up to the next 0.5 kg, at the rate for your delivery zone (based on your PIN code):

Example: an order weighing 3.1 kg is charged as 3.5 kg. Delivered to Madurai, shipping is 3.5 × ₹55 = ₹192.50. The exact charge is shown in your cart before payment. Tracking details are sent by email and WhatsApp once your order ships. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply.
9. Returns, replacements and refunds
Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If you receive a damaged, leaking, expired, wrong or missing item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, by WhatsApp or email. After review we will send a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. 10. Offers and coupons
Festival offers, combos and coupon codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated. One coupon per order unless stated otherwise. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers. We may withdraw an offer that is misused.
11. Reviews and content you submit
Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. Do not post abusive, false, or misleading content, or health claims about our products. We may display your review (with your first name and city) on our website and social media, and may remove reviews that break these rules.
12. Intellectual property
The Millets N Joy name, logo, mascot, packaging designs, photos, recipes and text on this website belong to Vel Nutri Foods Private Limited. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
13. Limitation of liability
We take great care with quality and food safety. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions or government restrictions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
14. Complaints and grievance redressal

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction, subject to your right to approach the consumer commission applicable to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
