We deliver across India. Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed and are usually delivered within 3 days of dispatch; remote areas may take a little longer. We do not offer express delivery, and there is no free shipping — you pay the actual zone rate for the weight you order.
Shipping charges
Shipping is charged on the total weight of your order (including packaging), rounded up to the next 0.5 kg, at the rate for your delivery zone. Your zone is worked out from your delivery PIN code.

Example
An order weighing 3.1 kg is charged as 3.5 kg. Delivered to Madurai (rest of Tamil Nadu), shipping is 3.5 × ₹55 = ₹192.50. Within Coimbatore, it is 3.5 × ₹45 = ₹157.50. The exact charge is shown in your cart as soon as you enter your PIN code, before you pay.

Tracking details are sent by email and WhatsApp once your order ships. You can also track your order here with your order number and mobile number, or ask Priyanka.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply.
