This website, milletsnjoy.com (the “Website”), is operated by Vel Nutri Foods Private Limited, which sells products under the brand Millets N Joy (“we”, “us”, “our”). Principal place of business: Door No 34/2, Netucheliyan Street, Telugupalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641039. GSTIN: 33AAMCV0805B1ZT. FSSAI Registration No.: 22426563000140. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We process your data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the DPDP Rules, 2025 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. Consent and your choices
We ask for your consent at the point of collection, for example at checkout or when you sign up for offers. Order-related messages are needed to complete your purchase. Marketing messages are optional: you can opt out any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or writing to info@milletsnjoy.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done, but we may not be able to complete an order without the details needed to deliver it.

We do not sell your personal data. Service providers are bound by contract to use it only for the service they provide to us.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and login working, and analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand site use and show relevant ads. Non-essential cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer or through your browser settings.
7. How long we keep it

After these periods we delete or anonymise the data, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Children
Our website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data of anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, and we do not target ads at children.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to: (a) tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it; (b) correct or update it; (c) erase it, unless we must keep it by law; (d) withdraw your consent; and (e) nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity. Write to the Grievance Officer (section 12). We will verify your identity before acting.
10. How we protect it
Our website uses SSL encryption. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway; we never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login details. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff with individual logins and two-step verification, and our website developers do not have routine access to customer or order data. We keep daily backups. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected customers without delay and report it to the Data Protection Board of India as required.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change, and significant changes will be highlighted on the website or sent to you by email or WhatsApp.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
